[mythtvnz] Mythbuntu 9.10 HDMI audio for nvidia?

I gave up getting HDMI sound to work with my Zotac ION board after
upgrading to the 185 drivers.  I found lots of references to problems
with the 185 drivers and HDMI sound not working at the time.
