[mythtvnz] A 0.21-fixes repo?

Jean, would you be able to make a repo specifically with the last 
0.21-fixes branch you released?  Seems that 0.22 is causing problems for 
HDHomerun users in NZ and a fix might not be forthcoming due to the 
limited number of users affected.

Alternatively can you let me know what (if any) additional patches you 
implement on the current 0.22 branch so I can try and compile myself?
