I can get the channels to populate but I can't get any TV playback. It  
looks like Myth doesn't know what pids to ask the HDHomeRun to send.  
Might be related to the HE-AAC + H.264 combination we have here. I've  
been working on some other issues and I'll try to take another look at  
the HD Homerun soon.
