[mythtvnz] My Dodgy DVB-T Card

Just had the pro's around with a meter and a Freeview HD box. The meter showed 
perfect signal, and the Freeview HD box gave perfect results on all channels.

So, it does in fact look like my card is dodgy - a full scan now consistently 
produces nothing.
