[mythtvnz] CPU required for Freeview HD

My steps are -

Since upgrading to the latest code from Paul's repo I've had another go 
with TV3.  I think now I was better off for picture quality using 
dshowserver/CoreAVC codec.

Unfortunately (with Pauls current source) the dshowserver (from Google) 
patch for MythTV fails at hunk 1, and the source fails to compile.  It 
seems to be the header files in avformat.cpp that are the problem.
