[mythtvnz] I now have a skiploopfilter option - updates toPaul's ppa?

OK I am sending this reply to list as well, hope that clears things up.

I am using an A64 5200X2 and it uses around 50-55% CPU on TV3. Remember the
H.264 decoding is single threaded hence it is pretty much maxing out one
core, with other misc stuff making up the difference. I can't imagine a
4200X2 working under myth for a while, although the one in my partners
machine can do TV3 using MediaPortal/Vista/PowerDVD8 codec so there is hope!
