Ok the useful bits for me are

(II) CHROME(0): Printing DDC gathered Modelines:
(II) CHROME(0): Modeline "800x600" 40.00 800 840 968 1056 600 601 605
628 +hsync +vsync
(II) CHROME(0): Modeline "640x480" 25.20 640 656 752 800 480 490 492

778 798 +hsync -vsync

which shows that the TV provides a 1360x768 modeline, and

GetModeLine - scrn: 0 clock: 85500
GetModeLine - hdsp: 1360 hbeg: 1424 hend: 1536 httl: 1792

GetModeLine - scrn: 0 clock: 85500

              vdsp: 768 vbeg: 771 vend: 777 vttl: 795 flags: 5

Which shows you are running with that modeline

All of your modes are 60Hz (NTSC) and not 50Hz (PAL).

I think you need to try and dig up a 50Hz mode to put in your xorg.conf
and test with.
