[mythtvnz] freeview|HD working!

   Great stuff!

   I have been playing with mythtv and I am currently using MPlayer  
dev-SVN-r27354-4.2.3.

   I tried applying the patches a while ago and never got it working  
properly (noting I reverted back to the code revisions used by Paul,  
struck all the same -DPic (etc) issues).

   Can someone provide a step by step guide to getting the patches  
applied (do I have to revert back to an earlier version, etc)?

   Given that more than a few people are interested, I suspect a HOWTO  
guide would be very useful...
