[mythtvnz] No line-in sound with Hauppauge Nova S Plus card

Tried playing with the xawtv tools over the weekend => still no joy
getting sound from the line-in port of this card. Used v4lctl to confirm
that the volume level was ok, and that the sound was not muted:

sudo v4lctl volume mute off
sudo v4lctl volume 90%

Still no audio in mythtv or from the command line using xawtv.

The card does Freeview ok, so I'll keep it for now, but I picked up a
PVR150 for SKY.

Cheers,
Chris
