[mythtvnz] time-lapse video

Gidday,

To make this kind of thing easier I call mythfrontend from a script
(actually run out if init, so it is always running) that enables verbose
logging of a few things and redirects to a logfile.

That way I always know what has been happening!

I really must package that up sometime...
