[mythtvnz] FYI - TV One and TV 2 are live on DTT

Started some point late this afternoon. They now have live 720p feeds on
DTT which do look mighty fine compared with the 576i SD signals. A lot of
the content appears a little soft at the moment so it is probably just
upscaled rather than HD sourced.
