[mythtvnz] HVR3000 & HVR4000 mythtv-setup Device confusion

I have installed an HVR3000 card as a companion to an HVR4000.  I have 
used a splitter from the same dish to receive freeview through them.
I have patched Steve Toths stuff for the HVR4000, both cards are detected
I get these device entries -

The thing is that in mythtv-setup when I create two dvb capture cards 
with i.e
Capture cards
DVB:1
DVB:1
Input connections
(card 1) DVB:1   -> Freeview
(card 2) DVB:1 -> Freeview

The frontend 0 & 1 setting differentiates between DVB-S & DVB-T, but how 
do I tell it which card it should be?

When I watch live tv I'm unable to change (using Y) between the two cards.

How do you tell mythtv-setup about adapter 0 & 1?
