[mythtvnz] tv_grab_nz-py script

Nice one, it stashes the file away in $HOME/.xmltv/tv_grab_nz-py.conf

and turns them on or off like..

channel!stratos.freeviewnz.tv
channel=tv3.freeviewnz.tv
