I get the Kordia multiplex just fine, but I am using MediaPortal under
Vista.  I just tried Maori TV and it worked.  It is the highest
frequency and the one that is hardest to tune though.  I can get TVNZ
with the rabbit's ear that came with my HVR-900, and sometimes TV3,
but Kordia requires a proper aerial.  My logs say that 778000 is the
correct frequency.  There is a Chinese channel on it now too.
