[mythtvnz] DVB-T mythtv howto?

Hello
I'm in the process of setting up a Freeview HD DVB-T mythbox.  I've 
downloaded to patched mythtv debs from Pauls site.
What are the commands needed to scan and tune to the DVB-T multiplexes?  
I'm in Wellington
I've had a look at some of the previous posts about DVB-T in this list 
but am still unsure.
Does anyone have some links to info that would help me.
