[mythtvnz] NZ DVB-T Patch for Mythtv

For those people who have DVB-T I have updated a patch so you can scan
for NZ Frequencies now in mythtv-setup. Patch applies cleanly in
0.21-fixes and then you should have a New Zealand option when you choose
to scan for DVB-T channels.
