I haven't seen such a script, but remove the channels you don't want 
from your channel line up, and then mythfilldatabase will only import 
program data for the channels you have.

Or if you don't want to go that far, just set the channels you don't 
have access to, to not visible.  Then they won't appear in your 
Schedule recordings screens.
