[mythtvnz] epgsnoop and listings update

Hello all,

I've just been making a couple of changes to epgsnoop to better accommodate
grabbing from the Freeview feeds. The main thing is a configuration file and
new command line option to specify the processors you want to use.

The reasoning behind this is that some of the processors are specific to the
Sky data so different ones will be needed for the Freeview data.

It's available as a bzr branch, you can get it by issuing;

bzr branch http://nice.net.nz/bzr/epgsnoop

if you already have it as a branch you can update with just `bzr pull`. I've
also created a new snapshot here;

http://nice.net.nz/scripts/epgsnoop-snapshot-18.tar.gz

I'm now running these changes on the box that provides the nice.net.nz feeds
and there are a couple of new files available there. The following feeds are
available;

listings-sky.xml.gz - Grabbed from 12671
listings-freeview.xml.gz - Grabbed from 12483
listings-all.xml.gz - The above two files combined with tv_cat

I've also updated tv_grab_nz-py to use the new listings-all file by default,
of course this can be changed to whatever the user desires. By using
listings-all then it's suitable for setups with Sky or Freeview or both out
of the box even though it's a waste of bandwidth.
