Not a lot. Isn't it all in UTC so it doesn't need to do anything to handle it.

The new epgsnoop handles timezones correctly, the old one doesn't really. If 
you look at the output from the new epgsnoop (listings-sky, 
listings-freeview, listings-merged on nice.net.nz/epg) then you'll see the 
+1300 zone start when it's meant to in the data.

Looks like the freeview data is out by an hour and Sky is correct. Here's an 
excerpt;
