[mythtvnz] Listings 1hour out of whack

I'm having the same issue with Debian Etch.  MythTV knows the time,
records just fine, displays it okay in the frontend, but MythWeb has the
wrong time.  MythWeb is running on the same box as my backend.

I guess it'll come right on Sunday.  :)
