[mythtvnz] avidemux2 and sound syncing

I agree, I both edit and demux with projectx, then encode with avidemux.

I saw a script on the man mythtv list recently which took a cutlist
generated by mythtv's editing system and then demux the file with
projectx and mux it together again to create a well synced ad free
file.
