[mythtvnz] Freeview dish set-up woes

Have you got one of the inline simple meters? If so, they are powered by the
sat receiver so there cant be a short on the cable, if it's a proper battery
powered sat meter, then it may just be on the lowest range so squeeling
because of all the noise that the lnb puts out.

Very frustrating if either is the case as they are brand new. I'm not 
sure i understand correctly with the shorting. What am i looking for to 
confirm there is a short happening?
