Or, buy from someone you trust, and more specific advice I like to give, buy
from someone you trust will replace the part if it's faulty.  Buying from
someone you can drive to and demonstrate a faulting part, so they will
replace it, is worth $20 more on an extended argument over e-mail over
whether or not the part *really* does have a problem.
