Thanks for your e-mail regarding EIT data.

The Freeview broadcasters have no plans to turn off EIT schedule data
from the satellite transmissions.

The Freeview EPG will use MHEG and private data to populate it but this
is separate from EIT.

We hope you enjoy the increased choice of channels that Freeview will
bring you.
