[mythtvnz] Time out by one hour

Ok a warning.

Don't use EPGSNOOP on the FreeView transponders. Wish I'd made this
association earlier. They are off by an hour at the FreeView side.

Note that their MHEG data is correct, so they probably haven't noticed.
