[mythtvnz] Technisat SkyStar 2 Remote TTS35AI volume and channel controls not mapped

Hi guys,

For those of you who've bought a skystar 2 with the newer remote
(TTS35AI) may notice that the volume and prog up/down buttons have the
same IR codes as the four buttons in the diamond. My card arrived this
morning and after discovering this, I felt a little ripped off that I'd
been done out of four rather important buttons on my new remote. Feeling
that this can't be the end of the story, I cracked the remote open
(carefully) to see what could be done. It appears that the micro in the
remote is flashed with two button profiles, one for the TTS35AI and the
other for the 103TS103. The latter has all but the bottom four
(unlabelled) buttons mapped to unique codes. At the factory, a resistor
is soldered in one of two positions to set the button profile. So, all
you need to do is resolder the resistor, reassemble the remote and load
the new lircd.conf! Here's what I got mapped:

I couldn't find any threads on the net relating to this problem but I
can't be the only one affected. Hope this helps someone.
