[mythtvnz] DVB-S stopped working

I removed the splitter so only one card is connected, oddly enough I get the
same behaviour.  Card 1 is tuning but as soon as I try and tune card 0 both
stop working.

 

Card 0 has a short stub cable connected to it, it isn't connected to
anything.
