[mythtvnz] DVB-S stopped working

It looks like I do have a 11.3 LNB as I suspected.  My previous maths error
probably locked me onto an alternate sky multiplex.

If I reboot the server then type the following it works.

dvbtune -f 1183000 -s 22500 -p h -m -c 0

As soon as I type

dvbtune -f 1183000 -s 22500 -p h -m -c 1

It stops working for both card 0 and card 1.

I then swapped the outputs on my splitter and the behaviour swapped.  Card 1
was OK but card 0 cause both cards to fail.

I haven't been able to get MythTV to scan even after a reboot.
