Ok my LNB offset is slightly different as I have a Universal LNB with an
LO of 10600. Anyhow my command is

dvbtune -t 1 -f 1883000 -s 22500 -D 0 -p h -m
Using DVB card "ST STV0299 DVB-S"
tuning DVB-S to L-Band:8, Pol:H Srate=22500000, 22kHz=off
ERROR setting tone
: Invalid argument
polling....
Getting frontend event
FE_STATUS:

Getting frontend event
FE_STATUS: FE_HAS_SIGNAL FE_HAS_LOCK FE_HAS_CARRIER FE_HAS_VITERBI
FE_HAS_SYNC
Bit error rate: 94
Signal strength: 55306
SNR: 53112
FE_STATUS: FE_HAS_SIGNAL FE_HAS_LOCK FE_HAS_CARRIER FE_HAS_VITERBI
FE_HAS_SYNC
A/V/TT Filters set
Signal=55648, Verror=0, SNR=53124dB, BlockErrors=0, (S|L|C|V|SY|)
Signal=55042, Verror=0, SNR=52959dB, BlockErrors=0, (S|L|C|V|SY|)

So can you get Sky's signals but not TVNZ?
