When it happened, I did exactly what you suggest, deleted all the channels
and rescanned. That didn't make any difference.
I have just tried it again after rebooting my server. No luck.
I scanned using a Frequency of 12483000, Polarity Horizontal, Symbol Rate
22500000. Mythtv scan reported No Lock, gave a wildly variable signal
strength between 60 and 70% and a signal/noise of about 45%.

couldn't find what was happening so ended up dropping all the dvb channels
and recanning for them.
That has fixed it.
I think they are still changing things.
I can't get tv3 test feed or c4 test feed anymore either.
