[mythtvnz] End of Recording crash

Compiled from source as I'm using Gentoo linux.... no out of the ordinary 
compiling options as I'm more interested in stability than outright 
performance...

Yes I've got the new DVB card installed but it's just sitting there as I don't 
the dish on the roof yet...

Myth 0.19.1 looks' to be almost out and here's a fix that could be what I'm 
experiencing;

 Fixed program transition in LiveTV watching

It has been doing this since 0.19.0 never with 0.18.x so I can only hope it 
get's fixed cause I'm not too sure how I can fix it as there's not enough 
info in the log's... Just have to remember to exit then go back into live tv 
if it freezes...
