[mythtvnz] Sudden loss of audio

Try also a cold reboot.  The PVR's retain their firmware across warm
reboots, but if you turn the box off for a few seconds, then back on, ivtv
reloading the firmware might work.  It's not like they put ECC memory on
PVR's, after all!

Maybe - my next plan is to borrow a TV and connect it to the aerial, to make
sure theres a respectable signal.

If thats okay then I'll RMA the tuner card.
