[mythtvnz] EPG categories, epgsnoop script

Hi all,

I've just been playing with the epgsnoop python script that Andrew posted a 
while back.

I've updated the XML to suit MythTV more and also added an array of 
customisable category names.

There were a few bugs in there too that I've fixed, one would generate 
malformed XML and make mythfilldatabase abort, another was in the program end 
time generation, this was stopping mythfilldatabase from inserting a lot of 
the outputted records as it does a basic sanity check on these. I think there 
were a couple of others too, but I forget.

There's still a lot of tiding up I'd like to do and at least one major bug - 
the dvbsnoop process doesn't seem to die on my system when the script 
completes.

I thought I'd post it here now in case anyone was interested. 
Updates/corrections to the categories are welcomed. Also, if anyone wants to 
join forces then please do.
