[mythtvnz] XMLTVNZ Refresh?

I've made some changes to some of the channels I want to download 
(namely, I've changed the C4 listings to get from Sky since the C4 one 
isn't working for me at the moment).

The problem is, is that I can't 'refresh' the listing's I've already 
downloaded from Sky, so it appears as though there is no data for C4. 

I've tried removing the cache dir and various other things with still no 
luck, it is still using cached versions from somewhere, rather than 
getting them from the internet.

How do I make it download everything afresh?
