Everyone seemed keen to avoid Xmas shopping and have our next meeting 
this Thursday (22nd). 8pm as usual.

Steve, Chris and I have been entering a number of International Salons. 
I thought it would be good to see how we have been doing and have a look 
at the images that have been successful.

It would be good to get more people showing their work. So if you have 
anything you are working on, a project, a panel or just something you 
like then please bring it along. You get some feedback and it promotes 
discussion.

Another suggestion is that it would be good to look at some of the 
different software people use, without getting too bogged down in 
technicalities. Chris Palmer mentioned the Topaz plug-ins on Tuesday. I 
know several of us use them so that might be a good place to start. I 
will have a look at showing it on Thursday time permitting.

Let me know what software/plug-ins you use so we can see what would be 
interesting to look at in future. To start it off the Morgan household 
uses DXO Optics10 (with Viewpoint), PaintshopPro with Topaz and Focus 
Magic plug-ins.
