Travel:

Parts of the Picadilly Line and London Overground are closed this
weekend, and the Central Line is apparently short of trains.
The rest of London Transport is expected to run normally.

The London Ultra-Low Emissions Zone has expanded. It reaches the M25 in
many places. You may need to pay a charge to bring your car, and you
have to pay twice if you are still inside the zone after midnight!
