[LBC-news] Hybrid LBC - April 28th update

Greetings!
Thanks to everyone who has provided input to the discussion about how we 
begin to move LBC from a purely Zoom event to something "nearer 
normal".  I have updated the original document with the input that we 
received.  Please keep the discussion going!  One thing I have 
deliberately done is avoid using full names for people; if you want to 
provide further input and are happy for your names to be given, please 
could you say so.

Please feel free to share this document with anyone who asks.
