Professor Peter Grindrod CBE CMath FIMA 
Lawson Software 
Peter Grindrod, the current President of the IMA, is Visiting Professor in
Applied and Industrial Mathematics at the Universities of Oxford and Bath.
He has worked within the commercial sector for over seventeen years managing
the development and application of mathematical methods to gain business
insights from very large databases for extremely large retailers and
packaged goods manufacturers. 
Wednesday 12th July 2006 at 8 p.m.
