Subject: Rectory Road, Taplow - Upcoming Resurfacing Carriageway Works

 

Dear Members,

 

I am writing to inform you that Transport for Buckinghamshire are planning to undertake carriageway resurfacing works on Rectory Road, Taplow.

 

The works are programmed to take place from Monday 12th December, and it is anticipated the work will take approximately 6 days to complete using a road closure, in operation between 07:30 and 17:00hrs. 

 

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

 

This type of work is extremely weather dependent, and therefore these dates are subject to change at short notice. These dates may also change depending on the availability of materials and the effects of COVID-19 on our supply chain partners. However, I will keep you updated if these dates change significantly and information signs will be erected on site prior to the commencement of the works, giving actual dates and durations to ensure the residents are also kept up to date. 

 

Notification letters will be delivered to properties located within the extents closer to the time to inform them of the works.
