Vaccination is generally proceeding apace. However there are various ways
you may be contacted. All a little confusing so thought we would list what
we are seeing.
Burnham Health Centre (BHC) "is striving to contact all its patients by
text, phone, e-mail or letter to offer them Covid-19 vaccinations as soon as
possible within the roll-out guidelines.
To date, BHC has given first vaccinations to more than 3,500 of its patients
in Risk Groups 1 to 4 (older care home residents and their carers, the
clinically vulnerable and those who are 70 and over) and hopes to complete
first vaccination of all in these Risk Groups by 11 February. Any patient
registered at BHC who is in these Risk Groups but has not yet received a
first vaccination offer should call 01628 666326.
Subject to confirmation of planned vaccine supply, BHC will begin offering
first vaccinations to those in Risk Groups 5, 6 and 7 (all those otherwise
at-risk and / or 60 and over) from 15 February. Patients in these and other
Risk Groups should await offers from BHC."
Rosemead Surgery
Those of us registered over the bridge in Maidenhead are being called
directly (phone or text) by the surgery for inoculation at the Desborough
Suite.
NHS directly
The NHS may mail you directly to make your own booking on-line with a choice
of centres.
You may well be notified by your surgery AND the NHS. You are free to follow
either as convenient.
