[HTS-members] Mill Lane consultation problem

It has been drawn to our attention that the consultation on the closure of
Mill Lane (closing this Friday) is directed to an email address and phone
number that are discontinued.

The correct address is:   <mailto:Trish.Eastham at harrow.gov.uk>

Whatever one's views on the subject, for BCC to issue a consultation email
address that tells you your mail has been rejected is very unsatisfactory
and unprofessional.
