I followed instructions from eeebuntu, usbuntu & the launchpad UME instructions to install the latest Ubuntu Remix UME on my eeePC 701.<br><br>LOVE IT! And it sure turns heads! (was a hit @ the RMS lecture here in Auck)<br><br>Post-installation it a bit tricky, but found all into on ubuntuforums OK. <br>Be sure to turn off swap. On-board 4G flash "hdd" is pretty-much full with OS & apps, but dicksmith's are selling 1G SD cards @ $15 a pop. <br><br /><hr />Post up to 500 photo's a month to share with family and friends!
