A further update for you all ...

Radio NZ are now hosting a copy of the transcript on their page for
the Saturday Program,
http://www.radionz.co.nz/national/programmes/saturday.
The FSF will be linking to it sometime too.

In order to do this I've changed the license to
CC-Attrib-Nocomm-Noderivs (3.0 NZ) (No Commercial Reuse, No Derivative
Works). RMS wanted "no derivative works" and RNZ wanted "no commercial
use".
