Using a term in scare quotes argues against the wording of the term,
but does not call into question the thing it supposedly refers to.

In the case of "intellectual property", questioning that choice of words
is not enough; the supposed "meaning" of the words is bogus too.
Thus, using the term in scare quote reinforces the erroneous conception
that the term spreads.

This is why I decided never to say "intellectual property" except as
part of explaining why that term expresses a misconception.
