The former, I'd thought. But if anyone wants to nominate an amount, then 
that will help extend the options for renting a space. Worry about it 
later, really.

Am thinking, Great Hall @ Arts Centre, a big University lecture theater, 
or both - two nights. Ideas / offers welcome. Will start bookings tomorrow.

No. Probably split the collection between meetings costs (incl 
advertising?) and a gratuity for RMS. Leaving a nil balance, or.. 
residual towards SFD08 ads perhaps.
