[GNUz] GPLv3 celebration

Hey!

The GNU General Public License version 3 is officially released today,
June 29th[1].

I think that's something worth marking, whatever your point of view,
since it's a pivotal event in the evolution of Free and Open Source
Software :^)

So, I propose a GPLv3 celebration this Saturday evening at 7pm, at
${some_suitable_bar_or_restaurant}.

Any ideas for a suitable bar or restaurant?
