A question to the list.  

Is there a A4 sheet organised to give to users to fill out before the 
install. If not I can print some tonight.

Something like name , contact details, hardrive/windows partition size,
modem type etc. Space to describe any configuration issue that needs
to be fixed at a workshop later. etc
