Definitely relevant in this case. Nick's enthusiasm is enough to keep us 
trying to get this event together again. Seems like there's a fair bit 
of resistance to the 'Free Softwaredom' theme. Is that globally? And the 
forum is dead, compared to 2004/5. Are other teams struggling like ours?

My main plan for building a team core was to offer free Ts as a reward, 
but now we've got to stump up for these as well as the advertising. SFD 
may be getting harder to commit to. - .02c
