It will say that yes, you are uid 3 :-)

I'm trying mediawiki for a couple of reasons - it already has code to
declare the license (selectable at install time from "nothing","gfdl" or
"cc") and it's different to the phpwiki that I've used elsewhere. It'll
be interesting to see if it's "better".
