The latter, from what I've deduced by the days delayed, and a typo. It 
blames my ISP, which I don't find believeable, and the words & 
originator just give me the feeling that it is targetted. I can forward 
what got returned, if you wish. The second one is yet to reemerge from 
the pipeline.
